As the video relays, we ran 800 meter repeats tonight to help build our speed. Again, the weather remains cold and we ran through snow flurries a few times. The sunset was awesome, though, and the view from Arvada High school isn’t bad, either. The repeats felt great, but Francis had to run just after we finished to catch a play with his wife. This weekend it’s supposed to warm up. I hope that happens.
